12 hours notice is required for Group Class and Private Session cancellation. All class cancellations within 12 hours will be considered late cancellations and you will be fully charged.

Advance payment is requested for all class bookings. All booked slots and sessions are non-transferrable.

Group Class online booking will stop 4 hours before class starts, please contact us for availability if needed.

 

No entry is accepted after the Group Class has started for 15mins. If you are late to the Group Class 15mins or more, it will be considered absent and you will be fully charged. If you are late to Private Session, please notice your instructor directly. Time adjustment is subject to the instructor's availability.

 

If nobody shows up to the Group Class after class has started for 15mins, the instructor will leave.

All Pricing Plans or class packages cannot be transferred or refunded under any circumstances. Unused classes will be fortfeited after expiration.

In case the assigned instructor is not available, the class will be led by substitube instructor when adjustment is needed. No refund or cancellation will be accepted due to instructor changes.​

All classes will be cancelled when T8 or above, or Black Rainstorm Signal is issued by the Hong Kong Observatory. Class will resume in 3 hours after the signal is lowered. Please follow our Instagram and social media for the latest update on opening hours.
