Tree Studio is a boutique Pilates and wellness place dedicated to helping clients achieve a healthy body in a comfortable and welcoming environment. Its founder, Ada, has been dedicated to wellness for more than ten years and wishes to share her positive energy through mindful movement.   

Our studio is equipped with world-class Pilates equipment from Merrithew Canada.

Our instructors have undergone hundreds of hours of intensive training to ensure you receive safe and supportive guidance.
